Healing your inner shadow means healing parts of yourself that have been left in the darkness, some of us have even forgotten that these unloved dark parts of our soul even exist.... 
 

Our soul is made up of all sorts of fragments, pieces and gifts and sometimes these parts of ourselves go through traumatic experiences in this life or even other past lives (if your open to it) and depending how much pain that event caused.... that piece of your soul gets lost in its own illusion of hatred, revenge, jealousy, envy, and all things ego based and is constantly triggering you and your life to stay in a loop of negativity and living a false reality.

We all have a shadow side of ourselves that we keep in the darkness regardless if we are aware of it or not. The more parts of yourself that are kept in the darkness, the more you will experience old habits and patterns that only keep your souls growth under limitations from further evolvment on your spiritual path.

When we heal our shadow parts and acknowledge them, we bring more parts of ourselves into the light and allowing that part of your soul to become a positive loved part that allows flow into your life and body again (physically, mentally and spiritually). 

The more you heal your shadow parts the more enlightened you become and the more you make room for a new loved you to be fully present in your path without fear and doubt, things will naturally become easier as you will no longer be attracting negative influences towards you because your healed parts are now vibrating on a higher level therefore attracting new positive aligned events and people into your life. 

Healing yourself and your shadow parts is one of the most empowering things you can do for yourself if you are on a spiritual path of truth and freedom. 

Don't allow your shadow parts or layers to control your destiny... If you feel like your spiritual path has been exhausting, draining and hard to find any type of inner balance then consider healing parts of your shadow to allow more flow into your soul and life.

In order to grow we must bring all aspects of ourselves into the light before we can truly understand ourselves and our purpose.
